About James
I am a Claims Underwriter handling Property and APC claims. I joined Hiscox in January 2016, straight out of University. I was originally in our UK retail business as a Trainee Claims Underwriter handling household claims from our Colchester office. I joined the London Market business in October 2018, on secondment to the operations department. In July 2019, I joined London Market permanently, in my current role. As above, my experience within the insurance industry is entirely with Hiscox. I handle a mixed portfolio of Property and APC claims. These claims are from a mixture of our binder classes of business (Household, Commercial, Flood, Fine Art) and Open Market business, including our MGA.
